A - There will be 2 sessions a week lasting approx 1 hour over a 4 week cycle. The first session however will last a little longer as there are some administrational duties to complete.
Q - What will I be doing on the bootcamp?
A - Having fun (obviously) a mixture of exercise activites from outdoor/indoor exercise and games to pilates and boxercise and 'much' more!
Q - Who and how many people will be attending the bootcamp?
A - Anybody from the age of 16-65 can attend a bootcamp and places will be limited.
Q - What if I have not done any training previously, will this be a problem?
A - In short no, its our job to ensure that you get fit at your own pace and with encouragement from not only the bootcamp4U trainers/instructors, but all the other people attending the bootcamp.
Q - So how much weight will I lose?
A - This is really down to you and your comittment to attend all the bootcamp sessions and your desire to achieve. Inevitably you will lose weight because you will be burning calories like never before, but you will also see a change in your body shape as you tone.
Q - What do I need to bring?
A - Loose and suitable clothing to work out in, trainers, towel, water, water and some more water !!
Q - How much will the bootcamp cost?
A - A 4 week course '8 sessions' will cost £48 or £24 for half a bootcamp '4 sessions' which averages out at £6 per session and will need to be paid before the course starts (in full). If you bring a friend or have attended bootcamp before you pay only £42 fot the 8 sessions.
